View or Change the GUI Message-of-the-Day (MOTD)

Configure the Message-of-the-day (MOTD) text (View or Change text). This is commonly used to display a legal/authorized-use notice on the login screen — the factory default text is exactly such a notice — but can be set to any text up to 256 characters, for example to communicate planned maintenance windows to your users.
