Network Settings¶
Various aspects of system administration tasks related to network can be accomplished from the Network submenu, such as:
- Setting an IPv4 or IPv6 address
- Setting an IPv4 or IPv6 default gateway
- Adding IPv4 or IPv6 static routes
- Manage active and persistent IPv4 and IPv6 firewall rules
- Configure DNS resolver settings
- Configure SNMP (Users, Encryption and authentication settings)
- Configure NTP (Peers, Change timezone)
- Setting up remote syslog
- Configure hostname
- Manage network card settings (View link status, Set duplex & speed)
- Ping or traceroute to a specified address
