Network Settings

Various aspects of system administration tasks related to network can be accomplished from the Network submenu, such as:

  • Setting an IPv4 or IPv6 address

  • Setting an IPv4 or IPv6 default gateway

  • Adding IPv4 or IPv6 static routes

  • Manage active and persistent IPv4 and IPv6 firewall rules

  • Configure DNS resolver settings

  • Configure SNMP (Users, Encryption and authentication settings)

  • Configure NTP (Peers, Change timezone)

  • Setting up remote syslog

  • Configure hostname

  • Manage network card settings (View link status, Set duplex & speed)

  • Ping or traceroute to a specified address
